Microsoft 365 Management
We manage and support your Microsoft 365 environment day to day. This includes setting up and removing users, managing licences, resetting passwords, and keeping everything configured correctly so your team can work without interruption.
Microsoft 365 Business Standard Licence Included
Each user is provided with a Microsoft 365 Business Standard licence (valued at $22 per user per month), giving access to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Existing licences can be used if preferred.
Unlimited Microsoft 365 Support
Get help with Microsoft 365 whenever you need it during business hours via phone, email, or ticket. We assist with email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and user-related issues.
Email Threat Protection
All incoming emails are scanned using advanced threat detection that analyses both the sender and the content of the message. This helps stop phishing, impersonation, and malicious emails before they reach your inbox. Suspicious emails are quarantined, and our team can review them on your behalf if needed.
Cloud File Backup & Recovery
Your Microsoft 365 data is backed up automatically every day, including emails, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. If a file or email is accidentally deleted or lost, we can restore it quickly.
Account Security & Takeover Protection
We monitor sign-ins for unusual or risky behaviour, such as logins from unexpected locations or unusual times. If something looks suspicious, we’re alerted immediately so we can secure the account and prevent unauthorised access.
Dark Web Monitoring
We continuously monitor known dark web marketplaces for stolen passwords or login details linked to your business. If anything is found, we’ll notify you and help you secure affected accounts.
24/7 Cyber Security Monitoring & Response

Device Protection & Antivirus

Application Control

Out-of-Hours Support
